The Aiako Harria Natural Park, the only granite massif in the Basque Country, is one of the Basque Country’s most remarkable natural areas. This area offers many walking routes and is notable for its geological diversity, its cultural heritage and its lush forests, as well as its former mining sites.

On the signposted trails you can follow old mining paths, venture into beech forests and discover iconic sites such as the Arditurri mines, which are over two thousand years old. The park offers trails for all levels, ranging from family walks and intermediate routes to more challenging walks along ridges and over hilltops.
